First, no contact, then no timely appointments, then appointments were canceled (a few hours in advance), and finally, the technicians arrived over an hour late... The shutters have now been removed and taken away. Who knows when the next available appointment will be? We've now been without daylight in our bedroom for almost a month due to a warranty claim. It's absolutely outrageous how this company handles its own mistakes. You schedule time to work from home, postpone important appointments, etc., only to be treated as if you have nothing else to do but wait for the technicians.

I wanted to support local businesses and deeply regret doing so with this company. There was a problem during the installation. How it happened and how the installers behaved on site is described in other comments here. The managing director became abusive on the phone – even threatening me. Since then, the company has avoided any responsibility or communication. After two years of radio silence, the bill finally arrived. Not a word about the damages. I disputed the bill – and again, everyone disappeared. Unfortunately, you really don't do yourself any favors as a customer with this company.

A disastrous company offering services that their on-site technician can't even handle (no product knowledge)! The problem was explicitly explained, yet the technician asked the customer if they had any idea what to do, because the customer clearly had no clue! Unbelievable! The complaint went unanswered for months and was then simply forwarded to accounting to demand payment despite everything! Highly unprofessional business practices…
