I had a problem with the ignition on my Orgapack strapping machine. I emailed Signode's after-sales service, and the repairman arrived unannounced. The machine was working when he arrived, but he still decided to service it (even though I wasn't there). The result was a bill for over 700 CHF, including more than 300 CHF for the call-out! Beware of this after-sales service; avoid it at all costs! You're better off buying a new machine!!
