We recommend you take up your complaint against both Enterprise and European Experts AG and contact the European Car Hire Ombudsman you can google them. Also notify your Credit Card Company and request a Charge Back. These two companies need to be taken to court and fined.
Some customers of Helvetic Motion AG (the operator of Enterprise, Alamo, and National franchises in Switzerland), which is part of the same holding company as European Experts AG, have expressed concerns or suspicions regarding the practices of the assessor firm. Specifically, they believe the damage assessments provided may be inflated, raising questions about the fairness of the reports.
European Experts AG was commissioned by Mercedes-Benz Switzerland to inspect and assess the return of our vehicle. The employee on site was very friendly and very competent/professional – up to that point, we had nothing to complain about. However, a few days later, we received the condition report, and it documented !false! defects that were not mentioned to us on site (unlike others). Specifically, it was noted that our vehicle was not cleaned inside or out, even though we had the car completely cleaned that same morning and this left absolutely no trace of dirt. We're not so concerned about the amount, as it probably doesn't amount to much in the grand scheme of things, but these are simply dishonest practices.
If I could, I would give it 0 stars. This company towed our car. They damaged our car in several places and want to bill us based on the appraisal report! Registered mail is not responded to!! Be careful!!
