Sold a Defective PC & Demanded a 20% "Penalty" to Refund Me! (Order #0004540140) PC Model: [ERZ BANDIT P20(MD3514324030)], GARANTIESCHEIN: [827-01005] Purchased a new *Erazer PC* for over CHF 1,819.90 that was Dead on Arrival (23 crashes in 48 hours). I returned it within 9 days, expecting a simple exchange for a working unit. Instead, Interdiscount trapped me in a weeks-long "repair" cycle for a brand-new, broken machine. The most insulting part: I spoke to the store manager, and while they were "kind," their solution was to offer a refund only if I accepted a 20% financial loss. Why should I be penalized because Interdiscount sold me a faulty product? It’s as if they are blaming me for their own quality failure. I feel completely penalized for placing my trust in this store. I have set a formal legal deadline (Nachfrist) which has now expired. Under Art. 107 OR, I have officially rescinded the contract, yet they are still withholding my money. WARNING: NEVER BUY FROM INTERDISCOUNT. NEVER BUY ERAZER PC. Think twice before buying high-ticket items from Interdiscount. You are better off buying online elsewhere. In this store, you aren't a valued customer; you're just a victim of their rigid, unfair policies. Absolutely unprofessional.

Mr Hodel is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and if you have the patience to listen for his advice, he can advise and really solve problems. We had been told elsewhere to buy a new phone while he took a while.bit solved the issue. And a rude customer came to tell at him and Mr Hodel very kindly apologized with me and ran to help him and then came back. Top customer service as it used to be when people cared more for competence than speed.
