The worst service and performance ever. Customer is not allowed to contact their representatives and network directly. Wrong windows delivered, refuses to change. Glass suppliers who want to help are cut off. Friendly employees are bypassed and not allowed to deal with customers. Refuses to visit on sight the faulty installation but makes an offer of 90 000CHF for replacing. No guarantee works, rather blames the constructor. Closing mechanism of sliding windows almost impossible to operate and gets ridiculously hot when in sunlight. Because of the distinctive design it is impossible to replace the glass by another company. Extremely arrogant and not customer friendly at all - to avoid!
