Great location and easy to find off the main autoroute, for a relaxing break after a busy driving day, the hotel has lovely views, great rooms, good parking, amazing restaurant with fantastic food with lovely local beer & a delicious breakfast too. The bathroom soaps, gels and lotions were lovely to use. The staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome, I would certainly stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you. :)

We had a beautiful wedding weekend, despite of heavy clouds and thunder predictions. The warm welcome and friendly service in every way and on every floor was very pleasant and it made our stay an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!
At the reception area, there were homemade juice jars on a table and my 4 year old daughter wanted to have a glass of lemonade. I served her and then a rude member of staff appeared saying that “it’s not for you” and then took the jars away! The hotel location is good and rooms are okay if you can bear with the “unfriendly” and “unprofessional” staff.. ***Edit: You can take the hotel’s response below as a proof of the points made in my review ☺️
We planned our stay as a peacefull long Easter weekend. The junior suite was perfectly located facing the lake. The equipments were outstanding (rotating bed, bathtub on the balcony, Italian bathroom with real tropical rain forest shower and push button On/Off. Design and extremely well maintained hotel. Housekeeping well done! And smiling such as the entire staff. Special thanks to Pascal, Martina, and front desk crew.
