The system is of good quality, and if something doesn't work as expected, the hotline is very helpful and friendly. I had problems with the temperature sensor, was able to describe the issue, order a replacement online, and it's working perfectly again. The telephone support was also free, which I appreciate as excellent customer service.
Since our new heat pump system, including storage tank, boiler, etc., was installed in 2020, the system has never functioned properly for any extended period. The company never responds and has no solution. Even heating the water is unreliable... you always leave the house with a bad feeling. When you come home, the whole house is cold, and you have to heat it up again from freezing temperatures. If you're away for a few days, you need someone to constantly check on it... but nobody seems to care.
I had a very unpleasant encounter with a vehicle from this company today. The driver was driving significantly too fast and tailgated me on the road. This behavior is dangerous and unprofessional, especially when driving as a company representative. I hope the company takes this seriously and advises its employees on safe and respectful driving behavior.
Our system is now 15 years old and displayed a fault. From reporting the issue to the company, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The technician, Mr. Thoma, arrived the very next day and was able to resolve the problem. He was very competent and friendly – that's what I call customer service. Thank you! 🤗

Great products (we have a geothermal heat pump (connected to PV) and a combined storage tank) and exceptionally competent and courteous service. We deliberately chose a Swiss product after extensively evaluating various (some slightly cheaper) competing products. The customer service is truly fantastic, as they actually take care of the problem until it's resolved. No endless delays, etc. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend Soltop.
