Honestly, it's a mystery to me how it's even possible to run a company in such an unprofessional manner. I'm appalled by the disrespect I received, and from the owner himself! After a question about the product on the phone, he became extremely annoyed, constantly giving snide answers and refusing to help me. After three minutes, he just wanted me to call back in half an hour because, apparently, so many people were waiting. Why even answer the phone then? Just to tell your customers you don't have time? Absolutely incompetent! When I asked why his employee, who programmed our cash register, was unwilling to explain anything to us and had left as quickly as possible after we paid in cash, he simply said, "I don't want to comment on that." In my opinion, some people should reconsider their career choice, or at the very least, customer service should be handled by someone with social skills, especially when the technical expertise is so obviously lacking. What a shame! I'd give them zero stars if I could!
