Today I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and received excellent service from the branch manager, Rajmond Gjokaj. His calm, competent, and exceptionally customer-oriented manner is truly remarkable. Mr. Gjokaj is an employee the company can be particularly proud of. The rest of the team at the Emmen Center branch also makes a very professional and friendly impression. You can tell that customer satisfaction is genuinely a priority here – one of the reasons why I always enjoy shopping there. Although the device wasn't in stock, I was assured it would be delivered next Monday. I'm looking forward to it and would like to extend my sincere compliments to Fust, Mr. Gjokaj, and the entire team.
During the sales consultation, I was explicitly promised a replacement within the warranty period. This was subsequently denied, and instead of the promised solution, I was offered only a discount. I consider this deviation from the promise to be clear misrepresentation.
If the salesperson thinks (on Friday evening shopping) that arrogance and noticeably forced friendliness will still convince customers to buy today, he shouldn't be surprised if customers stay away in the future.
