We ordered a sewing machine online to be picked up in this store. We received the machine, but we realised a lot of accesories shown in the box was missing, and we saw some staims and marks which indicates that the product was used before. Then, we saw the tape on the box was double layer. Appearently they had a supply delay. In short, they gave us a used product without informing us. We might have accepted it if it was complete and if we were informed. This is very unethical and not acceptable. I have given 2 stars because the return process was smooth.
