Very nice products the lamps are Actually not just a simple illuminant rather it will be an It- Piece. It is adding up the room quality where ever you decide to place it. The light it provides is unmatchable as well as the processed material quality. The style is times less and matches every interior. Even the price range is quite high, it still matches its quality and manufacturing. Since it is swiss made, it should be valued as such so still the price is good value for the money. My personal all time favorite is the Fez in white, gives a incredible charming light.
I have been in contact with a sales manager for more than a month "begging" him to send me the invoice for a couple of items I would like to order, but he always ignores my emails and not reply to them, doesn't call back when he says he will and promise to send me the invoice on the same day ... but I still haven't got it till now! Very disappointed.
Luckily, such manufacturers still exist! I took my 13-year-old OyO D2 in for repair and got it back a week later, looking brand new. Perfectly packaged. It's a joy to have such lamps: 10 stars for this company!
Great lights, a fantastic company, and extremely friendly and competent employees. I recently had to have my lights converted to LED, and everything went quickly and without any problems. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to use them again!
The product itself is good (Fez SL), but it's poorly assembled and badly designed. The new light didn't work when I plugged it in for the first time. I called customer service: they said the defect was known and that I should just take the lamp apart and reassemble it myself. I'm speechless.
Beautiful Swiss-made designer lamps. Not exactly cheap, but still very good value for money compared to other well-known manufacturers. Customer service is always incredibly helpful and solution-oriented. 👍 We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Baltensweiler.
