All did not go to plan, but the technician was really helpful doing what he could. I have an older Google Pixel phone. I like everything about it, except the battery was not lasting. I asked in a few shops and no one was willing to replace the battery, until I came to Creative Mobile. The new battery was ordered and the next day I got a call saying I could take my phone in, and it would be ready within an hour. Unfortunately while replacing the battery, the screen broke (part of the reason I didn't want to try the repair myself with an iFixIt kit). The technician was very apologetic. It took a further two weeks to get a new screen delivered, during which time I was given a replacement handset. Eventually the the phone was fixed up and working. When I collected the phone the technician started talking about the agreed price and I was expecting an argument that he wanted more due to the extra work, but instead offered me a discount due to the delays. Not quite what was expected, but happy to have my old phone back, and lasting more than a couple of hours.
