I am completely satisfied with the advice I received from Ms. Dal Zot at Baloise. She is very friendly, competent, and takes plenty of time to address my concerns. I particularly appreciate that she doesn't push things unnecessarily, but actively investigates whether there are cheaper yet sensible alternatives – without risking over-insurance. Fortunately, I can't comment on any insurance claims yet, but the advice and general service have been absolutely top-notch so far.
Many promises, but nothing of the sort. I've been waiting for two months for a response regarding the replacement of my car windshield! What a shame.
It can't get any worse. Never again.
