The buyer's advisor was incompetent, overwhelmed, didn't adhere to the building specifications or the square footage, and complained that she was earning too little at 12%. We had to correct all invoices up to three times. Unjust enrichment with the parquet flooring, which was billed but not installed under the kitchen units/wardrobe lockers, etc. She also doesn't know what the buyer's instructions say. Not recommended!
