I ordered two devices from you two years ago. I broke one of the glass tubes while cleaning. I ordered a replacement online, which was delivered. After using the device only the second time, I noticed a crack in the glass tube at the edge, presumably due to the heat. When I explained the situation over the phone to get a replacement under warranty, they simply told me: "You can order a new one (CHF 160) because it can't be a manufacturing defect." That's outrageous! I only used it twice, no one was near the device that could have broken it, and strangely enough, the other glass tube hasn't even had a scratch in two years. You deliberately order something Swiss-made because you expect good customer service, and all you get is the response to order a new one. I will never order anything from you again!
