I'm just a small customer who occasionally needs roof battens or similar items. And even though there's no check-in or reception, I've never waited longer than two minutes for an employee to attend to me. They see you and stop what they're doing. This applies to everyone from the owner to the workers. Every single employee is always incredibly friendly, and you can immediately tell that there must be a great working atmosphere. The prices are so low that I'm annoyed because all the wood I've ever bought in my life has been purchased at DIY stores. All in all, a fantastic shop. Oh yes, and I can always bring my dogs along without any problems. I can recommend this sawmill to everyone, even small customers like myself. Keep it up, top-notch!
