Subject: Customer Masonry Department For covering a floor area (12 m²) and setting up and moving a dust barrier once at a doorway, they are actually billing for 10 hours of work (customer mason) AND 1.5 hours by a site manager! They are also generously charging for travel time of a maximum of 5 minutes, billed at 2 x 30 minutes at CHF 76 per minute! With an invoice totaling over CHF 1,500 for covering work alone, W & A has completely discredited itself in my eyes. Private individuals should be wary and monitor everything closely.
