The branch manager seemed competent and experienced, but unfortunately, the other employees weren't. We had a few questions about dishwashers, and I absolutely can't stand it when sales staff don't know anything about their products. I can read the details on the price tag myself; I don't need a salesperson for that. I spent 30 minutes researching the topic in detail and was able to answer all my questions. That's why we ended up buying online.

We've been waiting for over two months for a replacement part that was supposed to be delivered within five days. We've been given the runaround multiple times. A visit to a competitor and everything worked perfectly on the first try. Poor service. Not recommended.
Extremely disappointing service My wife went to FUST on Thursday to schedule an appointment: Technicians were supposed to come on Tuesday to take measurements for the new oven and cooktop. We were promised that someone would call on Monday to confirm the time. No call came, and no one came. On Wednesday, my wife called again – she was transferred several times, and an employee promised to call back. Today is Friday, and we are still waiting. We are very disappointed. If FUST makes a promise, then you should be able to rely on it – or better yet, not make any promises at all.
