Yesterday, I received exceptionally friendly and courteous service from Mr. Diego Zumbo, a young sales associate, at the Interdiscount store in Feuerthalen. When I asked him about it, he told me he was relatively new to the team. My impression was that this employee definitely leaves a positive shopping experience and is a very valuable and motivated advisor and salesperson for the company. Therefore, I would definitely give him 10 stars instead of the possible 5. Bravo, Diego Zumbo! 👍

What a bunch of idiots! Your employees aren't properly trained. They have no manners. As a customer, you're at the front of the line and they just serve someone else. If you want terrible customer service, I recommend Interdiscount.

Warning about ordering online with in-store pickup. When you order a product that appears to be in stock at the store, you expect to pick it up promptly. Instead, the item is delivered to the store from an external source, even though it's already there. This leads to unnecessary delays. Inconvenient, not customer-friendly, and poorly designed. Click & Collect completely misses the mark. This was my last order. It works fine with other online shops, though!

They really don't deserve even one star. Because I wanted to return an item I'd bought. And only two minutes later, they made a mistake with the currency exchange. I paid in euros, and they kept two francs. I find it disrespectful to be robbed right in your face.
