I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. Before signing the contract, I was contacted several times and strongly pressured to sign a contract for a presentation. After the contract was signed, the responsible employee never contacted me again, and there was no feedback or support whatsoever. Due to the lack of communication and the resulting stress, the project ultimately fell through. Despite this, I am now being asked to pay 60% of the contract amount, even though the agreed-upon service was never provided. This approach strikes me as highly unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. I would have expected transparent communication and a fair resolution. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company.
Proinfo gave me a very nice presentation inside the brochure and allowed me to be on the back of the page. They adapted to my needs and my means as a young company. Thank you Charaf and his team!
