I purchased a car here in March 2024, shortly after moving to Switzerland. Being new to the country, I was unfamiliar with the insurance and registration processes, but Armend guided me through everything seamlessly. Great service I saw a car advertised on Autoscout and called FFA Auto to arrange a viewing (they spoke good English as my German is not good). They were very friendly and were happy for me to test drive the car at short notice. I purchased the car in the afternoon and 24 hours later, the car was ready with new number plates, insurance, car tax and paperwork all sorted for me with no extra charge. The car was spotlessly clean and I picked it up with a new vingette and a full tank without even discussing this. Very friendly and easy experience. They are a small garage and clearly know and care about cars. I would highly recommend.
I highly recommend FFA Auto. I found myself in an unfortunate situation where my car's engine broke down and needed several parts replaced. We were on a road trip from Denmark and urgently needed help. FFA Auto provided us with the best and fastest service, saving both our car and our vacation—and all at a very affordable price.
