I've consulted Müller, Streiff & Partner (especially with Lukas Müller) on several occasions and I'm completely satisfied! I particularly appreciated the clear and understandable communication, the trustworthiness, the pleasant personal interactions, and above all, the top-notch expertise. I had two passport copies and one document certified at this firm. I paid over CHF 250 for mediocre service (10 minutes late, very poor preparation... they thought it was for a commercial application in the canton of Thurgau, even though it was obviously from Glarus), including a document review I didn't request... and that's for a junior employee! Apparently, the firm only charges standard rates. When I complained, which I believe is justified, the response was also very questionable. I cannot recommend this firm—at least not for certifications.
