Reporting an issue with the building (that is under warranty) is the worst experience ever. Implenia contact person tries come up with excuses not to exercise the contractual repair right - which seems to be a common theme when looking at the other reviews here. Screwed-in (fixed) window was leaking and we submitted the photos to Implenia. At first, they said the guarantee does not longer apply - but it does. After that, they switched to saying that maintenance has to be performed first by a window company first before they consider repairing - after being asked what maintenance should be done for a fixed window they do not reply. Overall it is a terrible experience and it should never be the case that the company hopes that people give up and do not call them on their warranty.
Worst experience ever. They have to fix many things in our apartment but it’s been 6 months already and they have sent just a painter for walls but there are still plenty things to fix and change left like broken mirrors, etc. The manager doesn’t answer emails for months, promises to do appointments until a particular date and then goes on vacation and doesn’t answer again. We are super annoyed and will never ever recommend anyone to work with this company.
Good place to work! Very good connection to the public transport and a lot of parking spaces in a internal garage.

Great building, very friendly reception; you can order a coffee immediately and enjoy it while you wait. The interior is truly state-of-the-art, flooded with light, and equipped with everything a modern office building should have.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the site manager's guarantee. I won't mention his name. Promises are not kept. He doesn't respond to emails and is unreachable by phone. A large section of the plaster/ceiling in our new apartment has collapsed. More than 16 months have passed, and I haven't been reimbursed for my hotel expenses! He still isn't responding. He makes a very poor impression. To behave like this in such a position! He always blamed the plastering company from Basel but hardly did anything about it!
