Positive Affordable. Very good first impression. Nice premises. Negative Unfortunately, chaotically and incompetently managed. Defects (e.g., printer toner replacement, unstable and slow internet, missing company signage, damaged furniture, etc.) were only addressed after a long and arduous struggle, not implemented at all, or could have been repaired at the tenant's expense. Not easily accessible by public transport. Only one customer parking space available for all tenants. Conclusion: For replacing a private home office, certainly an acceptable solution as long as you live nearby. Anyone with professional expectations and who wants to present themselves professionally is definitely in the wrong place. In that case, better to steer clear! Either way: anyone who still wants to try it should definitely insist on a short notice period.
