This souvenir shop is such a gem! They have a wide variety of unique and locally inspired gifts, from handmade crafts especially the metal cow bells. The quality is great, and the prices are very fair compared to other tourist spots. The staff were super friendly and even helped me find the perfect keepsake to bring home. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something special to remember your trip!”
Rude and racist behaviour from the coloured lady at the counter. Their RFID door alarm was faulty and kept going off randomly. When we entered the lady told us “I will check you when you go out in a very threatening way”. When leaving we complied and got checked. However she didn’t stop 5 other people who went out the store with the alarm going off.
Rude staff, asked us to stop and be frisked when we entered the store as their RFID door alarm was faulty and kept going off almost for every customer that entered! I disagree that my reaction was exaggerated and we certainly weren’t “politely” addressed (please read all you reviews in the last month) The lady stopped us when we “ENTERED” the store and in a very threatening tone said that she “WILL” check us, while many others also triggered the alarm when entering. When I asked her for her name she said “I don’t have a name” & “I dont want to talk to you”. Please review your staff and take disciplinary action. I will not be taking the review down.

Managed to get a nice present for my girlfriend. The staff was extremely helpful. Their English was very good. However, and not really their fault, to get a stamp to save on the Value Added Tax is not possible in terminal E at the Zurich Airport. You will need to do this before passport control. Which we were not aware of and our plane is boarding shortly. Ugh...
Very high prices, rude behavior from the staff and specially the colored woman.
