Management ignores facts – degrading treatment! I brought a ring I bought elsewhere to be resized. Ms. Blöchliger reacted disrespectfully and derogatorily because of my lab-grown diamond – in front of my partner, which made the situation degrading. Those who glorify "real" (mined) diamonds ignore essential issues: open-pit mining with massive disruption to landscapes, high water and energy consumption, inadequate traceability, and continued reports of human rights violations despite certification programs. A modern jeweler provides impartial advice, has expert knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, and consistently focuses on transparent, ethical supply chains instead of potentially conflict/"blood" diamonds. Further training is urgently needed here. Not recommended.
