In 2022, I wouldn't have recommended the product, but in 2025, they've fixed quite a few issues, and everything is much smoother. Furthermore, I want to emphasize the excellent quality of service. Bastien went above and beyond and was able to help me resolve the problems I encountered, even late in the evening.
I am extremely satisfied with the Dingz system, which allows me to easily control all my Philips Hue devices. The technical support is exceptionally responsive and efficient. I needed to contact them several times to configure and customize the system to perfectly suit my specific needs, and they were always incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported home automation solution.
You might not need a Dingz, but it's fun to have one. And it works perfectly right out of the box. Iolo's customer service is also excellent. In my opinion: if you're going to do home automation, get one of these things. Otherwise, you can stick with conventional switches.
As an electrician, I find this product excellent, not to mention aesthetically pleasing. I use it for lighting and as a Wi-Fi button. The DINGZ offers a multitude of possibilities that allow it to meet all needs, without any additional wiring. The interface is simple and clear, whether on a smartphone or web browser. I've had five devices for about a year and I'm very happy with them. The ability to program one DINGZ to respond to commands from another DINGZ multiplies the possibilities. The integrated lux meter works really well for managing lighting; it's also possible to control the color temperature. You can also choose the on/off duration, which looks very stylish. A major advantage over the competition is that it's easy to save the different DINGZ configurations. The DINGZ works very well with HomeKit; currently, it needs to be activated by customer service, which responds quickly with clear explanations.
Hello, I'm an electrician and I discovered these switches by chance on QoQa. I was immediately drawn to their design and functionality. It's an incredibly versatile product that works in a traditional or hybrid way, adding all its extended home automation features. A constantly evolving product that simplifies life, its installation is easy, and it reduces clutter on the walls. In short, I highly recommend it!
