I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very detailed analysis of my growing setup, risk factors, and suggested solutions, which I spent half the day tirelessly providing. With helpful new information. In addition to a discount on any components I might need to successfully combat the massive pest infestation, and a free immediate action offered. Honestly...? Far more personal commitment, expert advice, and a genuine dedication to solving the problem than I could have expected.
