We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an excellent house manager to look after our chalet in Gstaad. Having someone local who can regularly check in is invaluable—and having someone as reliable and attentive as Dale from The House Manager, has truly been the ideal situation. Dale has outstanding people skills, is proactive, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure our guests feel welcome and comfortable. For example, when a guest mentioned the weather was too warm, he promptly provided fans to improve their stay. It's no surprise that he receives such positive feedback from our guests. He also created a beautifully designed placard to inform passersby how they can rent the chalet. Guest arrivals, departures, and cleanings have all been handled smoothly and professionally. Dale is extremely responsive, often replying to messages within minutes. He also recommended a security system for the chalet, which we’ve been very happy with. When neighbors informed us that guests’ parking was obstructing their access to their farm, Dale promptly addressed the issue by contacting the guests directly and updating the welcome guide to provide clearer parking instructions. We truly feel our chalet is in excellent hands with Dale and are grateful for the peace of mind he provides.
