I was surprised by how many products Selina had in-depth knowledge of and was able to answer my questions immediately – especially considering the sheer number of products in a stationery shop! I was also delighted by the diversity of the selection: from the expected stationery products and services to children's toys and the latest novels!
Very dissatisfied. I was charged CHF 5.60 as a "service" for four color copies sent via WhatsApp instead of email. The boss herself was unfriendly!
