Helpful and professional! My parents have been customers of Franz & Rohrer many times, and the work has always been carried out to their complete satisfaction. Recently, the company installed an outdoor lighting system with motion sensors at my parents' house. Since the lights were also switching on when someone walked by on the street, the company had to come back to adjust the sensors properly, which they did very promptly. While they were there, they also adjusted the sensitivity of a sensor on an existing lamp—not installed by Franz & Rohrer—which all the other "experts" had previously claimed was impossible!
