The product we ordered is flawless, even if the price/performance ratio is questionable. CHF 64 (including shipping) for 3 name badges. But perhaps that's normal in the canton of Zurich. And now what bothers me: Unfortunately, one of the three name badges was produced incorrectly. I then contacted them by email. No response. A few days later, a new letter arrived, this time with the correct name badge. At least. But no response to the fact that a mistake had occurred. Conclusion: I now have the products I wanted. And I completely accept that things can go wrong. However, it's always about "the sound that makes music." Proactive customer communication is the key to satisfied customers. Happy Easter.

I inquired about a specific spring that was broken for my 26-year-old mailbox. "Yes," they said, "they still have the part." A short time later, the correct part arrived. It fits perfectly.
