Friendly, helpful service. Completed the first "stress test" today with the hiking high-top shoes. Good grip on: asphalt, grass (even on steep terrain), dry, earthy/sandy soils, fine gravel, coarser gravel, rocks, and easily crossed streams with rocky, gravelly beds. My feet were free of any significant blisters or pressure points by evening. The fit was excellent, even with the toe cap. The shoes themselves show minimal wear on the soles in the fine tread pattern, which I consider normal wear and tear, so far so good. However, I have the feeling that the sole is slightly separating in the heel area of one shoe, which I don't think should be happening 😕 I hope we can find a good solution together, ideally without having to replace the shoes entirely. It's a shame I asked for practical information on how to change my insoles when the shoe is in good condition and I've NEVER received a response since April 13th!!!! WONDERFUL INTERNET!!!! @owner I find it deplorable that when you write for information, you don't get a response. And please, don't even try to tell me it's a computer glitch! Yet everyone boasts about the ease of using website menus labeled "CONTACT"! Now I find it very serious that when information reaches a large audience, the response is less than 24 hours, while through your company's channels, they couldn't care less! I therefore observe that you spend more time reading Google comments than getting a response WORTHY OF A SERIOUS COMPANY for material or professional matters. Just to reassure you… you're not the only ones; this laxity is becoming the norm!
