Keep away from this company and their cards! I just tried to cancel a card of my father who passed away recently and there is NO REASONABLE OPTION on their website to do that! I don't want to download an App just to do that (and likely wouldn't work either) and if you call their "Help Line" you pay for it as well! I even tried to send an email and they don't have any on their website except for Media enquiries and that just bounced as well! Just not worth the hassles, so I just let it expire and then they can send letters or reminders until the cows come home... No wonder their rating is below 3, well deserved too!

Poor IT technology implementation, poor communication channels when applying for a card (post, telephone), bank stuck in the middle ages with very sad customer oriented focus..it just isn't there. Next I will hear about communicating with them using pigeons and floppy disks. Any communication channels that are more modern are well hidden even after searching on google, duckduckgo, etc. I wonder if as a client the same unprofessional hide and seek game is what they play. As most Swiss banks except the big ones, they are stuck somewhere in time....

the worst of the worst. I don't understand if they are just not smart, or also in bad faith. I strongly suggest never to sign up for a credit card with this company. they are useless. The customer service is terrible, and so is the backoffice. I am still on the phone with them after one hour, and they only make mistakes and find mistakes from other calls... it's nuts. really crazy. Update to my reference: I did call as they suggested. Guess what? nothing, nothing at all. They keep wasting my time, blaming other departments. A cat that bites its own tail... fun if it's a game, annoying if it's your credit card and money is involved. I strongly suggest that nobody signs up to the credit cards of this company. it's a big big joke, rather a nightmare. To be avoided at all costs...

The worse customer service I have ever had in my life. Wasting 40 minutes to reach the service representative who is absolutely incompetent. They promised me that the line manager will call back - nothing happened. Its truly shame, I wonder if they ever read the reviews people leave them. Another example of "Swiss quality" which is just an empty word nowadays. Comparing what is offered in the other countries, companies like this one is really a shame. Swiss quality, what a joke...

Tricky cards in my experience Their Cashback cards (i.e. Amex) charge 2.5% foreign transaction fees for payments done in non-foreign currency CHF on websites like Zalando.ch, Lufthansa, easyJet, Eurowings, just because those companies are based abroad. But the payment is in Swiss francs!!!!!! Why? You’re never sure if to use them or not. In my experience this makes such cards useless. In today market with alternatives like Revolut, Wise etc 2.5% fee is really old style Non transparent behaviour Long waiting if you call the phone support service

The CompanyOnline portal offers a poor user experience. The account interface is not intuitive, and invoices are overly complicated and difficult to read. I wouldn't use it if my bank provided alternative card issuers. My interaction with customer service was acceptable, with no significant issues to report.
