Overall, I was very satisfied with Mr. Pagan's service; he's very skilled in his craft, and the entire repair took less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost two months for the replacement part to arrive so my blinds could be repaired (hence the one-star deduction). I can recommend the company, and a big thank you again to Mr. Pagan! ☺️
During the initial visit to repair the lift tapes of a competitor's venetian blind, the very experienced technician, R.W., pointed out that the inexpensive plastic rocker arm replacement parts should also be replaced at the same time, as they were already 16 years old and, based on experience, quite brittle. Understandably, R.W. didn't have these parts in his service vehicle, so he ordered them promptly, and after just one week, the repair was completed today in 30 minutes. Excellent service and highly recommended, thank you!
