I do not recommend it to anyone who has come from abroad. The employees are nice but the business policy is not appropriate. Even after presenting the employment contract and housing contract, they did not open an account. After a month, they asked for different supporting documents. After that, I went to another bank branch and within two days, the account opening and bank card application were processed.

Apart from one lady, the rest are very unfriendly and unhelpful; in particular, Mrs. Roth is not very approachable.

I had to correct a logistics error with a customer in Huttwil and forward the misdirected package. Although business customers are only served from 4 pm onwards, my package was accepted and forwarded. This is worth 5 stars to me, because the employee was very friendly and accommodating.
