One of the worse services ever … package is for Zürich but they send it to Geneva and for contact they just have a bot which just repeats the same normal things . Do you want to lose moneu ? Use their service !
Worst shipping provider in all of Switzerland, I've been waiting for two weeks already. The package has been through customs for a week now, absolutely incompetent. eBay should terminate the contract so this company finally goes bankrupt!
I've rarely experienced such a bad company. Shipping takes only a few days with all other companies. With this company, it takes 2.5 weeks! This mess is causing us a lot of additional costs. Plus, the package isn't even properly trackable, since the company doesn't know which logistics company is shipping it for them! What a mess.
Overall, a very bad experience. They don't respond to emails and don't process our requests. They forced us to change our postage meter after moving and demanded we return the old one to refund our money, but a year later, still nothing. If you can avoid them, do so.
I haven't been able to reach your technical support for two days... unbelievable!
