We can be glad we have a local bank like EKI with local leadership that is internationally trained, studious, personable and in tune with what the local business environment is expecting. You have a problem - you have someone to call you know. Not a 10 digit computer prompting switchboard. This is still customer service. It’s well worth the price. 👍
