Unfortunately, there was no goodwill gesture regarding the exchange of a Christmas gift (!!). We would have gladly forgone the price difference to the cheaper product, but unfortunately, Hobeda refused to exchange the item, claiming that it wasn't worth the effort to return two out-of-stock items to the manufacturer in Germany (!). This is a real shame, as it greatly diminishes our enjoyment of the gifts. This is not what good customer service should be.
