Very disappointing experience. Tran Kim Nhanh was clearly impatient and dismissive during our transaction. It felt like the small purchase amount affected the way we were treated. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or undervalued because they are not spending a large sum. This kind of attitude is not acceptable in a customer service role. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it internally.
