Disappointing experience. The dehumidifier developed a defect within the warranty period, upon inspection the device was deemed as working correctly and returned with the same defect still present. Attempts to provide further information were ignored.
Great company! Their air humidifiers are well designed, materials are of good quality and they are very fairly priced as well. Also the delivery was very smooth and quick, and their app to control the humidifier is very simple and effective. Overall a great, very professional and customer-oriented experience with them.
I bought two Optimax heater, and the products was defective after less than a year and the company did replace it several times during the guarantee period. However, the company did not replace the product after the guarantee period expired, regardless of the fact that the last replaced product was sent recently. The product model is clearly defective as all of those they had sent from the initial purchase to the replaced ones should not have a lifetime of less than two years. The replaced products weren’t new either, clearly they were repaired products from other customers and sent to me. So there’s the cycle of used products going around. I don’t use the product in summer and in winter only use it on medium heat. Suggest to buy your products elsewhere.

Most companies deliver quickly in Switzerland, the real test of customer service is when things go wrong. We unfortunately received the wrong product (it can happen), and upon contacting ecofort in the afternoon, they immediately acknowledged the problem. The wrong product was picked up and the correct one delivered the very next day.
Initial sales contact was smooth and responsive, as well as initial support when I encountered a problem with the Salus RF system and thermostats. After reaching no conclusion, I reached out to Salus support directly and after sending me one video link for a device that was not the unit I possess, the contacts have been un-replied to. Upon contacting Ecofort for additional support, I have not received a response after several requests. After some months and running heating costs 24 hours per day, I cannot therefore, recommend this company or any of their products or services to the public at large. I also believed that dealing with a Swiss company would result in easier support, I am very disappointed. Lastly, I further recommend avoiding all Salus products. The programming is unnecessarily complicated and counter-intuitive and support is non-existent. Final conclusion, buy heating equipment elsewhere.
