I sent two small crab claws to make two silicone molds and one casting of each, which I received after 15 days, even though I was promised delivery a week earlier… I called several times to find out what was going on… I finally got through to Mr. Stéphane Geringer on the phone, who, before apologizing, reminded me that we are on a customer blacklist… remarks have been written down because I had forgotten an invoice for less than 70 CHF… 😂👍🏽 That's the ALTMANN mentality for you! 🤡
