Bern Russian Shop — Kappelisackerstrasse 48, 3063 Ittigen, Switzerland

I placed my order at the end of December. After sending two emails and leaving messages on their website, I still haven't received anything nor recieved any response (and it's now the end of February). At this point, I think this shop is probably a scam. I would not recommend buying from here.

Took my payment (even sent the seller my receipt over email), then the seller stopped answering my emails and never sent my item. The seller only replied after I wrote this review. Alex at first was very quick to respond and sent me an email with a link to pay for an item from his website, since his website was having technical issues. 2+ months later: no item, no refund, and almost no response despite many emails and phone calls. Only received one reply when contacting from a different email, then silence again. I should have taken the warnings from other negative reviews for this shop. Very concerning experience. I am now pursuing a payment dispute.

Have ordered online on 15.01.2025 - now is 6th of March. Still no delivery and no answer to 3 emails. I requested to cancel my order after 1 month waiting, - I think it is quite patient from my side. No answer and no money. Should I start suspecting fraud?
