Someone already wrote "very arrogant" here. It's easy to get that impression. I politely expressed interest in a Honda VFR 1200 X. I already ride a Honda, which I've always been very happy with. For the sake of simplicity, I'd naturally be happy to trade it in, but I don't have to. This was followed by a three-line reply: --- Good evening, Mr. Bellmont Thank you for your interest in the VFR1200X. At this low asking price, we don't accept trade-ins. Absolutely terrible service. They failed to find the simplest faults during service, and sold me the wrong fuel hose, which broke after only 5 km! Ryser showed no understanding, no willingness to compromise – simply pathetic!
