I took my Volvo to this garage for its first service – and I'm thrilled! The mechanic is extremely reliable and dedicated. He even went to the trouble of driving directly to Volvo to have the system error messages correctly acknowledged. My car was spotlessly clean inside and out – truly like new. Excellent customer service, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommended!

I thought I'd factor in a garage that was "out of the way." The work was done (including things I specifically asked not to be done). :-( The final bill was "coincidentally" just slightly above the agreed-upon maximum.
