Disastrous administration. Requests were not forwarded, emails went unanswered, empty promises were made without action. We were frequently ignored by the administration and, after switching to a new administration, are now stuck with several unresolved issues that HEK failed to address. Thanks for nothing.
The advice from Mr. Benninger was terrible, and he lied to us too! Then he had no time for new business. Mr. Benninger has acquired many new properties. Therefore, it's best not to call him at all and go to another trust company.
