We can only say that everything was explained to us, our e-banking setup was set up, and we received excellent advice. Very convenient opening hours… At least they should be open one evening a week so that people who work can also resolve their issues. Not everyone can simply take time off. When I inquired about making an appointment, I was told it was difficult. Very dissatisfied with this bank in Kirchberg. I've been trying to resolve a problem for quite some time now… but I receive no help, only letters to sign. It's not even explained what I'm signing. When I inquire again, I'm told I have to go to the counter. And the whole thing starts all over again…
