My family and I visited the Emirates lounge in Zurich airport on 1st December evening. The place is quiet with little people. The service is meticulous and personal. We have the full attention from the staff, ensuring our comfort and cleanliness of the table. We are also greeted by our last names and that makes us feel very welcome. Food is good. The whole place feels bright, clean, and very wide selection of food and drinks. Totally enjoyed the food, champagne and olives. Kudos to the team. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Luxury in one of its best versions. Spacious and super clean rooms, both dining and leisure. Great view to runways from the terrace. Clean, functional and well equipped restrooms. Discrete and efficient service staff. The venue fits the airline image. PS: choice of wine could be somewhat wider.

Emirates Business Lounge in Zurich exceeded our expectations, thanks to Svetlana's outstanding service! Food and drinks nice generally, however my friend had a bad experience with glass parts in the food which then led to a medical issue for him that Emirates declined any responsibility on. Very bad for such a reputable Airline
