We ordered various windows from Sommer for the renovation of our farmhouse. The consultation with Mr. Jörg was excellent. Even our special requests regarding fittings and glass type were implemented flawlessly. We are very satisfied with the result and would recommend Sommer without hesitation.
The sliding door in our detached house was difficult to open and close. The technicians had to come several times until the repair was completed to my complete satisfaction. And they were very friendly and accommodating. A very good and reputable company. Highly recommended.
A minor repair job involving replacing a latch: materials cost 10 Swiss francs, labor took 15 minutes. The bill came to over 160 Swiss francs. We've been longtime fans of Sommer-Fenster. But the new pricing is incomprehensible to us. A flat fee of 75 Swiss francs is charged regardless of the actual work involved. The company manager seems perfectly happy to send out this bill. They completely ignored our offer of compensation; quite the opposite, in fact.
We needed a new glass pane for our cat flap. We were very satisfied with the entire service. The staff were competent and very friendly.
