We were sent away from a public area, even though the sign clearly stated that we were allowed to be there. And according to the local council and the police, we were indeed allowed to be there.
Professional is different. Employees who aren't resilient.
The staff were simply embarrassing. Despite having a ticket, I was refused entry even though I waited for two hours and was promised that admission would be granted from 12:00 PM onwards.

That employee showed absolutely no respect or decency toward customers. It's disgusting. A guy like that has absolutely no business working in security.
I've had good experiences with VIP Security...friendly people...I never had to wait long before being waved through...no matter what the weather is like, the staff are always friendly and have a smile on their face...
